COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus police say one North Side neighborhood has seen 20 burglaries or attempts during the past two months.

There have been 20 burglaries or burglary attempts during the time period of Sunday, Jan. 10, through Monday, March 8 in one North Side neighborhood.
The boundaries are Weldon Avenue to the north, Howey Road to the east, Hudson Street to the south, and Homecroft Drive to the west.
Police said burglars are smashing in windows and kicking in doors to gain access to homes.
Burglars are stealing electronics, and it the break-ins usually happen between 8 and 9 p.m.
Police asked residents to pay close attention to suspicious people or vehicles and immediately call CPD at 614-645-4545 if you spot anything suspicious.
