LEBANON, Ohio -- Authorities say a man who brought flowers to his ex-girlfriend's home fatally stabbed her, then died of self-inflicted wounds after an Interstate 75 chase in southwest Ohio.
The woman died at a hospital after being stabbed at her apartment in Lebanon Wednesday evening. Police say the man stabbed himself repeatedly after Warren County deputies ended a subsequent high-speed chase by flattening his tires with a "stop stick."
They say speeds reached 130 mph in the chase of his Chevrolet Camaro Wednesday evening some 30-40 miles north of Cincinnati.
