COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Police were called to an area gas station after a man allegedly broke a store window because the clerk didn't have paper towels.

According to a report filed with Columbus police, a man approached the walk-up window at the Sunoco gas station at 1570 Morse Road at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday and demanded that the clerk give him paper towels.

The clerk told police that when he told the man he didn't have any paper towels, the man became very angry.

According to the clerk, the man kicked the window in the front door of the gas station several times, shattering the glass.

The man then entered a vehicle, driven by a woman and fled the scene.
