WAGRAM, Ohio -- A Licking County house fire now is a criminal investigation after an apparent meth lab was found inside the home.
NBC 4 reported with the FAST FACTS.
West Licking Township fire crews were called to the intersection of East Main Street and Mink Street SW on reports of a fire at about 10:20 p.m. Wednesday.
Crews found the home fully involved and battled the blaze for almost an hour before containing it.
While crews were fighting the fire, they discovered an apparent meth or methamphetamine lab inside the home.
Because of the danger, firefighters fought the flames from the outside.
The home was destroyed, according to fire crews.
No arrests have been made currently.
U.S. Route 40 or East Main Street was closed to traffic for several hours during investigation and cleanup. The route reopened before 2 a.m. Thursday.
