Two young men are fatally shot outside a near East Side apartment, and homicide detectives say they don't have any suspects or motives.

Patrolling Columbus police officers heard several gunshots in the area of 17th and Mt. Vernon avenues shortly after midnight Wednesday. That's on the city's near East Side.
CPD dispatch also received several calls about shots fired in the area at the same time.
Arriving officers found two adult males with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victims were lying on the sidewalk in front of an apartment in the 900 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue.
Medics pronounced 19-year-old Tyejuan Locke and 22-year-old Darell Tolson dead at 12:16 a.m.
Homicide detectives told NBC 4 there were no suspects or motive for the double-fatal shooting currently.
CPD's homicide squad continued to investigate.

Locke and Tolson's deaths were the city's 76th and 77th homicides of 2010.
