Emergency dispatchers in Beaverton, Ore., got an unusual call for help last weekend.
Police said Mark Eskelsen dialed 911 Sunday after getting stuck in a hot tub.
"This isn't a joke. It's medical. I'm in the Four Seasons pool over here off of Murray and Allen and, believe it or not, I'm the sheriff of Washington County and I've been in this hot tub here for ten and a half hours and I cannot get anybody to stop and let me out. I got no towels or nothing so send some people to get me out of here please," Eskelsen told the 911 dispatcher.
Eskelsen later admitted he wasn't the sheriff and said he didn't need medical help, just a hug, some hot cocoa and help getting out of the tub.
Police arrived and arrested him on charges of criminal trespass and improper use of 911.
