Dublin police said the thefts occurred last week on Aug. 31 at Panera Bread on Perimeter Loop Road and Jason's Deli on West Bridge Street.
The suspect was allegedly using stolen credit cards from the purses for cash advances at area banks and high-end purchases at retail stores.
Police released surveillance photos from the thefts and the only suspect description issued was a black female between the ages of 30 and 40 years old.
