A Columbus mother is asking for your help to put her son's alleged killer behind bars.
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, Aug. 17, Columbus police say 30-year-old Corey Hart was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Woods Bar on East Fifth Avenue shortly after he intervened in an argument between a man and a woman.
The suspect was not apprehended.
An arrest warrant has now been issued for Regis Dickerson. Dickerson remains on the loose.
"I’ll never be over the pain of losing my son, but getting the person who killed him behind bars is what we need for our family to move on," said Alice Hart.
If you have any information on Dickerson’s whereabouts, you are urged to call Columbus police at 614-645-4545 or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS.
