COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Blue Jackets will have a full roster when they take on the Detroit Red Wings in the playoffs.
The Blue Jackets recalled forwards Tom Sestito, Mike Blunden and Maksim Mayorov on Monday, as well as defenseman Nick Holden and goaltender Dan LaCosta, from their American Hockey League affiliate in Syracuse.
Columbus opens its best-of-seven series at Detroit on Thursday night. It's the first time the Blue Jackets have made the playoffs in their eight seasons in the NHL.
