COLUMBUS, Ohio -- ESPN is reporting that two Ohio State football players have been ruled ineligible to play in the Rose Bowl.
According to ESPN.com, wide receiver Duron Carter and defensive end Rob Rose are ineligible to play against No. 7 Oregon.
