COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A local high-school girls team went back to class Monday as state champs.
NBC 4 Sports reported with the FAST FACTS.
Africentric's Lady Nubians became the 2009 Division 4 state champs over the weekend.
The Lady Nubians got a second shot at the team they lost the state title to last year, and this year Coach Will McKinney and his team weren't about to give up another title to Berlin Hiland.
Africentric was down 17 points at one time but fought back and ended the game on an 18-and-0 run to win 55 to 46.
Congratulations, Lady Nubians.
